Squashified... Literally.

It all began on a great thursday morning. Programmes for the day? Driving lesson, squash and revision for computing. Yea...

My driving lesson's in the morning. Aim for the day is that my car doesn't die. But... haha... Shit happens i guess and died once.. Not bad la... Got rid of my bad habit which caused me to die 10 over times per lesson. XUETE de... Hopes tml is better!!! Driving in UBI again and i think there should be circuit. Very sianz.... My driving test is coming up real soon and i'm still not very good... LOL...

After the lesson, i came from EUNOS to YCK for squash... Met kit and tim.... Plan is to play from 3 to 6.... Siang jun joined us half past 3 i tink??? Haha... Good to have more and more challenges. Then... This freakish accident happened... Manz.... Haha... Tim sort of couldn't control his swing... So as usual, i saw that he's making a drive on his left ( he's left handed), so i went to his right... There went his racquet swing and i stopped it with my face. OVERSWING.

Don't ask if its painful. Its dumb. Of course it is till the point that its numb. Covering my mouth, i went towards the door and as i revealed the hot spot, everyone went, "WOAH!!!". Yep.. I believe it to be a blood pool with my mouth. Was i try to rinse, the blood never stopped. Yea.... 10th rinse maybe and the bleeding began to subside a bit. So.... What does first aid say??? Compression of cos! I din care at first about how big the cut was. I got my hanky and apply pressure. Oh yea, the cut was on the inner side of the top lip. I believe my teeth cut it when it shielded my teeth. Luckily, i clench my teeth when i play. One set hit will most prob result in breaking or dropping, but 2 sets spreaded the dmg and yea, my teeth still standing strong.

Aftermath
Of course. Swelling and constant bleeding bit by bit. Still under control, not painful but the cut is really visible. 1cm most probably. And when it swelled, manz... I took a pic, but don't think i would put that up. Yea, i din got to the doc till i reached home and saw the size of the swelling and cut which is exposed. My bro told me to go get stitches immediately.. As said by kit, tim and grace even... Oh yea, grace joined us late... Yea, so i was saying, i got quite stunned when i looked in the mirror and so i decided, time to see the doc.

Diagnosis
Superficial cut (1cm lo!!), swelling and nothing can be done since its the inner part of my lip.
Medication: Antiswelling, antibiotic and gastric pills.
Most prob the gastric pills is to take with one of the pills... Haha...

Present state:
Its ok, still obvious the cut but its holding and recovering fast. Swelling went down a lot. A bit of pus but nothing else. Luckily i have antibiotic pills... If not chui liao. Hoping it becomes less obvious on monday... I'm STILL SINGLE!!!!

For me, er..... Try to get some distance ba... Maybe i'll get a mouth guard... I want my teeth and you get the drift.....

Er... Squash isn't really that dangerous actually. I still love it, i'm not scared of the ball but the racquet has to be avoided. Trust me, i know NOW.
